Where overseas processing occurs, reasonable steps are taken to ensure compliance with Australian privacy obligations and the Australian Privacy Principles.

Learners and institutions retain ownership of their content and assessment data. Meandrix Education Systems acts as a data processor in accordance with institutional agreements.
